The 9-5 day drains your energy.
Rest restores it. If you’re tired, learn to rest.

Hi there👋.
How do you feel today?
Here with me, everything is deeply relaxed. I sit on a beach in France in front of the sea and let my mind wander. This is an integral part of the year to recharge my batteries and sort out my thoughts.
A time out with a break from my daily obligations. A time when I connect with nature and silence.
After 2 weeks I feel renewed, full of energy, and motivated to put my new ideas into practice.
Relaxation and self-care are essential.
Your body houses your mind and spirit. Inner peace begins with a relaxed body.
It is also known from bodybuilding and running programs that the most important day is the rest day. Rest gives your muscles time to recover and build in strength. The same applies to your mind.
A good start is to rest for longer than you’re used to resting. Make a stillness around you and create a field of peace. Replenish your spirit.
Inspiration often follows. Your best work and time of your life will grow out of this peace. Don’t forget that you cannot serve from an empty vessel.
You don’t have to travel far to relax. You can do it just as well at home. Here are 9 rest inspirations:
1. Time away
2. Permission not to be helpful
3. Something “unproductive”
4. Connections to art and nature
5. Solitude to recharge
6. A break from responsibility
7. Stillness to decompress
8. Safe space
9. Alone time at home
One of my favorites is No. 4 - a simple walk in the woods to relax my mind and get some fresh oxygen into my body.
Afterward, I can quickly return to work and serve others from the overflow.
