I hope you’ve had a great Saturday so far. In this email, I want to give you a quick glimpse into the power of small habits.
Let’s get right into it:
Small daily habits make you who you are.
In the morning you brush your teeth, you shower and get dressed.
In the evening you watch TV and surf the internet while you eat fast food.
Which habits are the healthier ones here?

On average, we spend 8.3 years of our lives in front of the TV.

When I heard that, my jaw dropped.
My proposal:
Start watching only half as much. You’ll gain 4 years of quality time in your life.
You may find it hard not to watch your Netflix series characters every night and follow their next intrigue.
That’s because habits build exponentially.
In the beginning, there is a long valley of disappointment.
That’s when the pain is the greatest and the results the least.
However, there comes a time when your growth curve exceeds the pain curve.
For example, in your regained time, read a book on finance that will give you valuable tips for your next investments.
You’ll soon find that this new small habit has taken you further and even made you more money.
That’s exactly how it was for me. I got 550 kEUR in 8 months.
I love habits.
So keep improving and experience your exponential growth.
