It started with a conflict that shook the foundation of my business.

For several days, my management team and I were caught in a battle.

Allegations of disloyalty surfaced.

Accusations flew.

One of my team members had been benefiting personally at the expense of the business.

The moment I realized what was happening, I felt a mix of betrayal, frustration, and disappointment.

As an entrepreneur, you put your heart, time, and energy into building something meaningful.

You expect integrity.

But sometimes, reality hits differently.

That’s when I knew:

This was the end of one chapter and the start of another.

I. Starting Over But Not From Zero

After the fallout, I made a decision.

I wasn’t going to let this setback define me.

Together with one of my most trusted partners, we set out to build something even stronger.

The advantage?

We aren’t starting from scratch.

We have all the skills, experience, and lessons from our past.
